Special occasions have a 30 day cancellation period.
Cancellations must be made seven (7) days prior to arrival.

If a seven day cancellation notice is not given, your credit card will be
charged if the room is not re-rented.
We regret that we are unable to accommodate children under 12 and pets.
All rooms have private baths, sitting areas, and cable TV.

Coffee and muffins are brought to your door an hour before breakfast,
followed by a complimentary southern breakfast in the dining room for the guests
in the main house and in the glass enclosed gazebo for those guests staying
in the Carriage House and the Cottage
